GUEST INFORMATION FOR SPA

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time for all spa services to allow for check-in, paperwork and a smooth transition into tranquility.

We have reserved a special time for you to experience a relaxing and unforgettable visit to our salon and spa. We ask that your phones are turned off during your service as a courtesy to your service provider and other guests.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: For any Chemical Service or Specialty Service (Ex: color, smoothing services, corrective color, Balayage, hair extensions, etc.) a deposit of 50% of the service is required to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule for these long appointment blocks, a 24-hour notice is required to receive a full deposit refund.

Reservation Policy: Some services require a credit card for the reservation.
